The ingredient of type TJ-FDN-300 is β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high polycondensate. This product is non air-entrainment high-concentration super high-efficiency water reducing admixture with very good comprehensive performance in the concrete project. With strong dispersion effect on cement particles and high water-reducing rate, this product can save the cement consumption of project and greatly improve the fluidity and workability of mortar concrete; with obvious early strength and enhancement, it can greatly improve the strength of mortar and concrete and have good adaptability to various kinds of cement. It has no chlorides and no corrosion to reinforcing steel bar. It has been widely used in highway, railway bridge, high-storey building, port and dock, hydropower project, pre-stressed structure, and other concrete projects. 
Main Technical Performance

1. Type 300  is divided into powder admixture and liquid admixture. The power admixture is chocolate brown; and the liquid admixture is brownish black. It has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable. 
       2. The addition of type 300II powder admixture is 0.4~1.0% of cementing material; and that of liquid admixture is 1000~2500ml/100kg cementing material; and the water reducing ratio reaches 15~25%.
       3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the initial slump of concrete can be improved more than 12cm when adding type 300 admixture, which makes great increase on fluidity.

4. When appropriately add the admixture, the strength of mortar and concrete can be increased 60~80% in one day and three days; 40~70% in seven days; 30~50% in 28 days; and the long-term strength also have been improved correspondingly. 
        For example: When selecting and using Evergreen P.042.5-level cement, natural medium sand of 2.81 fineness modulus, the artificial gravels of Φ5~40mm continuous graduation and compressive strength of not less than 105Mpa, and drinking water, to prepare C60-level high-strength concrete, such as the concrete of bridge of some highway; (Only for Reference)

       5. When the strength of concrete is basically the same with the slump, the cement consumption of concrete can be reduced 10~25% compared with that of the concrete of no admixture, which means to save 20~40t cement when adding 1t 300 admixture. 
      6. The adding of type 300 admixture can greatly improve the workability of concrete and various mechanical performance, and compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength of components, elastic modulus, and long-term strength all have corresponding improvement.

Type 300 water reducing admixture has good adaptability to various kinds of cement; applicable to portland cement, ordinary portland cement, portland blastfurnace-slag cement, portland-pozzolana cement, portland fly-ash cement, etc. and also can be mixed with concrete admixture of other types in conformity with national standards.

Scope of Application

Type 300 water-reducing admixture is widely applied into concrete projects, especially adapting to the following concrete project: flowing concrete, plasticizing concrete, steam-curing concrete, permeability resistant concrete, waterproofing concrete, mass concrete, natural curing precast concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete, green high-strength high-performance concrete and super high-strength concrete.

Usage
       1. Addition: The amount of adding type 300 admixture is 0.4~1.0%, the general addition is 0.75% (calculated as the percentage of dry powder to cement in weight, and the liquid admixture should be converted to the weight of dry powder based on the content of solid , and then calculated). When preparing low-grade concrete or adopting slag cement or Portland - pozzolana cement select and use the amount of 0.4~0.6%; while preparing high-grade and pre-stressed concrete, select and use the amount of 0.75~1.0%.

Best Method of Adding Admixture

To ensure the best effect, we recommend for the users who first use this product or are to change the variety of cement, make necessary concrete trial mix testing for the amount and method of adding water-reducing admixture and stirring time. And in the construction course, control the amount of water-reducing admixture and the amount of mixing water. When porous aggregate is used, it is better to add water and stir and then add water-reducing admixture.
