Product Introduction

The lemon is a small evergreen tree native to Asia, and the tree's oval yellow fruit. The fruit juice is about 5% to 6% citric acid, which gives lemons a sour taste, and a pH of 2 to 3. Many lemon-flavored drinks and candies are available. The distinctive sour taste of lemon juice makes it a key ingredient in many dishes across the world. Lemon is also rich in vitamin C and contains smaller amounts of the B vitamins, particularly B1, B2, and niacin. Lemon Extract produced by processing spray or freeze dried thick paste, in line with the GB/BP/USP/EP criterion on solid beverage. The lemon extract powder has a wonderfully strong lemon flavor and with nutritive matters of pure juice, may replace lemon concentrated juice, easily stored and transported, so widely applied in food and beverage process, or applicable for the antioxidant and color-protection stabilizer in fresh frozen food and seafood processing. The by-products of lemons are citric acid, citrate of lime, lemon oil, and pectin. The lemon oil is used in perfumes, soap. Citric acid is used in beverage manufacturing. Pectin has long been an important material for making fruit jellies.
