Metallic Fluorocarbon Anti-corrosion Paint for Screws

Consisting of fluoropolymer, engineering plastic and special antiseptic, metallic fluorocarbon anti-corrosion paints for screws (Eagle WTO series) is designed exclusively for special coating and take an excellent effect on bolt and screw cap. It has the following features:

1.Low- friction (down to 0.055)

2.Strong viscosity

3.Predominant abrasion resistance (pencil hardness >= 3)

4.Extremely excellent corrosion resistance (salt spray test 1000h to 3000h as per request)

5.Excellent ageing resistance and durability (neither bubble-up nor crack under artificial ageing for 1000h)

6.Uneasy to peal off (adhesion frame method <= 0)

Three basic models

Eagle WTO series has a range of over 100 species and three basic models. It could be widely used in steel member, metal tower, screw, screw cap, screw bolt, etc.

Model 1- WTO F 515

Have a good resistance against corrosion, salt-spray and UV ray, good color retention and good durability in the atmosphere or hostile environment. It could be widely applied in chemical industry of etchant gas, steel structure, offshore oil drilling platform, bridge, metal tower and other metal surfaces. It could be maintained for over 15 years and formulated into different colors, with flashing function as well, which could meet different requirements for color vision.

Model 2-WTO F616

This is the mainstream product of this series, which has been successfully applied in more than millions of screws and fasteners. It is most suitable for aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry which has a demanding request on fasteners and metal stuff for temperature that ranges from -40 fahrenheit/ -40 centigrade to 500 fahrenheit/ 260 centigrade, from bottom of the sea to splash zone. WTO F616 could adapt to the widest temperature range and take effect in various mobile fluids, almost all the solvents and acids. It performs excellent in corrosion environment with many colors to be chosen. Basically true of applications that not require repeated install and disassemble.

Model 3-WTO F818

As the newest product of Eagle Chemical Engineering, cohering wits of international technical experts and combines features of F515, F616, conformed to VOC stipulate, WTO F818 has the same chemical resistant effect with F616 and a wide temperature range adaptability form -40 fahrenheit/ -40 centigrade to 400 fahrenheit/ 205 centigrade. It could reduce twisting force by 70% when installed and disassembled for several times. F818 contains enough lube which could be transferred to the coarse area of the painted parts.

How to use WTO paints

1.substrate processing

Clean all the impurities of the part’s surface including oil, fat, cleaning blasting media, polishing compound, etc.

2.materials processing

Shake and mix the paint in the container to be uniform and eliminate all the sediments. Viscosity adaption, please refer to the instruction use of thinner, WTO F111 thinner is recommended in a suit.

3.method of construction

Traditional air spray technology including airless spray, high-volume low-pressure method, electrostatic spraying and soak-dry method.

4.solidification procedure

WTO F515 is cured with dual media under room temperature when the media proportion is 7:1, 24h is recommended.

WTO F616 is recommended to be cured for 25 minutes under 480 fahrenheit/ 250 centigrade.

WTO F818 is recommended to be cured for 25 minutes under 400 fahrenheit/ 205 centigrade

Warm suggestion

Please use the paints under instructions for safety.
