Brief Introduction

ZB-510 ZB-520 is an acrylic impact modifier. It is multi-graft copolymer made from butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization process.

It is “core-shell” structure in sub-microcosmic. The core(rubber phase)is cross-linked Poly-BA, and the shell (plastic phase)is grafted Poly-MMA.

It can form homogenous phase while it co-plasticize with PVC because the solubility of Poly-MMA is close to pvc . The rubber phase will be distributed uniformly in tiny ball shape in PVC medium and form particular “sea-island” structure. This structure can absorb and disperse the energy which is put on pvc rigid product by impact.

It has excellent properties of impact .I t is very suktable for rigid and semi rigid outdoor PVC product and the product which has higher request on impact and weather ability. It has excellent compatibility with pvc resin.

It is granular,  It can reduce the dusty pollution during production due to its uniform particle size.

It has good chemical stability, thermal plasticization and easy dispersancy.
